JOB DESCRIPTION:
As O&M Manager, the Employee shall be responsible for overall management of power generation output, plant availability, O&M costs, and operational risks, with the objective of optimizing cash flow and maximizing the value of the power plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Asset Performance Management
Take overall responsibility for power generation output (MWh) in accordance with P50/P75 assumptions and approved budgets.
Monitor and track plant availability, downtime, and lost energy.
Analyze operational incidents and causes of production loss, and implement improvement measures to enhance plant performance.
- Operation Reporting & Data Management
Monitor, collect, and maintain operational data, including generation output, downtime, substation incidents, SCADA data, and spare parts information.
Maintain operation records and documentation, including site logbooks, inspection minutes, and technical forms.
- O&M Contract & Contractor Management
Maintain operation records, including site logs, inspection minutes, and technical documentation.
Coordinate daily operational activities with Goldwind and O&M contractors.
Act as contract owner for Goldwind, SCADA, substations, security services, and other O&M services.
Manage SLA, KPI, penalty/bonus mechanisms, and technical claims in accordance with contractual terms.
- O&M Budget & Cost Management
Select, replace, or terminate O&M contractors when necessary.
Prepare the annual O&M budget.
Control costs related to maintenance, spare parts, and services.
Approve technical aspects for contractor payment requests.
- Spare Parts, Materials & Asset Management
Manage spare parts to maintain, restore, and improve operational performance.
Prepare inventory plans, procurement plans, and spare parts contingency.
Manage and maintain wind turbines, substations, transmission routes, internal roads, and other plant assets.
- Dispatch & Grid Coordination
Handle dispatch activities and coordinate with grid operators for power dispatching.
- External Coordination & Stakeholder Relations
Coordinate with EVN, A2, SPC, 110kV substations, and relevant authorities.
Maintain working relationships with customers, local authorities, contractors, and related stakeholders.
- Risk & Incident Management
Take responsibility for handling incidents related to turbines, substations, SCADA systems, and grid connection.
Organize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Manage insurance claim documentation in case of incidents.
Ensure the plant complies with HSEQ requirements and insurance standards.
- Site Operation & O&M Team Coordination
Manage on-site O&M teams, shift arrangements, and technical resources.
Coordinate site activities with contractors and 110kV substations.
Coordinate with local authorities when required.
- Operation Strategy Development
Establish operational objectives, priorities, and operation plans for the plant.
Develop long-term maintenance, overhaul, and spare parts strategies.
Optimize asset lifetime, operational efficiency, and investor IRR.
- Spot PPA / Electricity Market Management
Perform electricity market activities in accordance with regulations, including planning, execution, and daily bid submission, when the plant participates in DPPA mechanisms.
Monitor the implementation of rights and obligations under spot PPA contracts.
