Pursue all aspects of origination efforts, including market assessment, network development, deals sourcing and screening, technical and commercial due diligence, legal review, deal structuring and negotiation.
Manage early-stage project development activities, including site assessment, wind measurement, project licensing, financial model, environmental and other studies.
Manage communications and relationship between stakeholders, including investors, partners, financiers, sponsors.
